custom orders, made-to-order and pre-orders are FINAL sale and CANNOT be returned or exchanged. please contact sales@elarae.com with any questions prior to ordering.

merchandise must be returned or exchanged within 10 days of the post marked date of delivery.

merchandise must not be worn or altered.

merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

to make a return please contact sales@elarae.com for a return authorization. please make sure to include your reason for return. shipping charges cannot be refunded. if you are returning an item purchased with free shipping a $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
