WHOLESALE POLICIES

Minimum Order

For opening orders new accounts are required to order a minimum of 15 styles. This minimum ensures that the collection is represented in a way that is cohesive with our brand vision. There is no minimum of any kind for re-orders.


Due to the fact that all orders are made to order we maintain the following policy:

As ready and immediate orders are final and cannot be cancelled or modified after the purchase order has been confirmed by Ela Rae. As ready/immediate orders refer to orders scheduled to ship within 45 days of the date the order is placed.

Orders scheduled to ship 46 days or more in advance can be cancelled or modified within 48 hours of placing the order. Please email sales@elarae.com or your account executive within that time frame. After the 48-hour period your order will be put into production and cannot be cancelled.

All wholesale orders are FINAL SALE.

Modifications/

Cancellations


Credit card information is required at the time the purchase order is placed. The credit card will be processed upon shipping the order. If you would like to change the credit card on file please email your account representative or sales@elarae.com 5 business days to your scheduled start ship date.

If you would prefer to pay by ACH please provide banking information at the time the purchase order is place.

The cost of shipping will be included in your invoice. Unless otherwise requested all shipments will be sent via FedEx Ground. If you would like to use your own FedEx account number please let your account executive know at the time that you place your order.

Return Policy

All wholesale orders are FINAL SALE. If an item arrives damage please contact your account executive or sales@elarae.com  within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will happily repair any ela rae merchandise for the life of the piece. Please contact sales@elarae.com to initiate a repair.

Please note: due to the handmade and natural qualities of our products, there might be slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe this is one of the beautiful things about handmade/ semi-precious stone items. 


Trunk Shows

We are happy to partner with existing accounts that are in good standing for trunk shows and events. Good standing constitutes as having placed/received a purchase order of more than 10 units  in the past 6 months and do not have any overdue invoices. Payment must be made via ACH or credit card upon completion of the trunk show or event. We cannot extend credit terms on trunk show/events.

Unfortunately, we are unable to partner with accounts that do not currently stock ela rae.
