STEP 1: Snap a photo of your piece in need of repair for your records.
STEP 2: Pack your piece in a padded envelope or shipping box to ensure it arrives safely.
Do NOT ship in a standard paper envelope - it will rip in transit when it is processed through the postal service machines.
If you are shipping back rings, earrings or something very fragile please pack it in a box with bubble to avoid it being crushed in transit.
STEP 3: Include a sticky note or piece of paper with your name, shipping address, phone number, and email INSIDE the package with your repair.
STEP 4: Use a shipping method that is trackable. Purchase insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
