Return Policy
We offer exchanges or store credit for eligible items (please see below for exclusions) within 10 days of receipt of purchase.
We do not provide refunds.
All returns and exchanges require approval. Approved exchanges are accepted for items purchased on elarae.com or in our NY showroom only. We cannot accept returns or exchanges of items purchased from our partner retailers.
Merchandise must not be worn or altered.
Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
If you feel the item you received has arrived damaged or broken please contact Ela Rae within 48 hours of receipt of the package. Please include a photo. Ela Rae will provide a pre-paid return label to return the damaged piece. Upon receipt of the damaged piece Ela Rae will send out a replacement item.
Promotional Codes:
- Items purchased with a promotional code are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale Items:
- Items purchased with on sale are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom Orders, Made to Order & Pre-Orders:
- Items that are custom made, made to order or pre-ordered are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- If your made-to-order item is still in production, and you have not yet received it, we are happy to cancel the order and provide a store credit minus a 10% restocking fee.
To initiate a return please contact sales@elarae.com for a return authorization. please make sure to include your reason for return.
shipping charges cannot be refunded. if you are returning an item purchased with free shipping a $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
refunds will be in the form of a store credit to www.elarae.com.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.
