STEP 1: Contact Ela Rae for a return authorization number. Please do not ship a return back without an RA #. Please note returns must be post marked for return within 10 days of receipt of your item.
STEP 2: Pack your return in a padded envelope or shipping box to ensure it arrives safely.
Do NOT ship in a standard paper envelope - it will rip in transit when it is processed through the postal service machines.
If you are shipping back rings, earrings or something very fragile please pack it in a box with bubble to avoid it being crushed in transit.
STEP 3: Include a copy of your packing slip or order number.
STEP 4: Use a shipping method that is trackable. Purchase insurance as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once Ela Rae receives your package and inspects that the order has been returned in the same quality it was sent a gift card will be issued within 2-3 business days. As noted in our return policy a $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the gift card amount.
